Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges

Because your experience matters, Divino offers a 7-day window from delivery to process returns or exchanges on full-priced items.

Full-Priced Items:

  • Exchange — We’ll handle pickup and shipping at no extra cost.

  • Return — Customers opting for a refund must bear a reverse shipping charge of ₹200.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method. COD order refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Discounted or Sale Items:

  • Exchange Only (Once) — Discounted items are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged once within 7 days.

  • For exchanges on discounted items, the customer is responsible for:

    • Reverse pickup: ₹150

    • Forward shipping: ₹100

  • If the replacement item costs more, you can pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit.

Partial COD Orders:

  • Partial COD orders require an upfront payment at the time of placing the order.
  • This upfront amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellation, refusal at delivery, or return requests.
  • The remaining COD balance is collected at the time of delivery as usual.
  • In the event of an approved exchange, the upfront amount will be adjusted against the replacement order.
  • Partial COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds. Store credit may be issued at Divino's discretion for the balance amount paid at delivery, subject to return eligibility conditions being met.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Simply email us at support@carrydivino.com or WhatsApp us on our official number +91-6292324390 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, details of your request, and any relevant photos or videos if needed. We will guide you through the process.

Additional Terms

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
  • In case of a missing product from a delivered packet, an unboxing video recorded from the start without any cuts or edits is mandatory to process any refund or replacement request.
  • If you have received a wrong product or wish to request an exchange because you did not like the product, clear supporting photos or videos must be provided to validate your claim.

  • Discounted items are strictly exchange-only. No refunds will be permitted.
